Founder | Executive Coach

I am a seasoned leadership development expert with 25 years of experience in coaching, facilitation, and executive development. I have been a Certified Executive Coach for 16 years, earning my Sherpa Coaching certification in 2008 and my International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification in 2024. I recently completed my Sherpa Annual Coaching Recertification in September 2024 and currently serving as a Headquarter Coach for the Sherpa Corporation in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I am passionate about leadership coaching and have worked extensively with high-potential leaders to help them refine and deepen their leadership skills while achieving both professional and personal growth. Since 2019, I have coached over 200 leaders, contributing to 90% employee retention, 85 promotions, and 60 leaders earning the most prestigious award as top performers in their company.

In addition to executive coaching, I have been a Certified Clifton Strengths Coach since 2010, helping leaders identify and leverage their natural talents while working within their strength zones.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from John Carroll University.

Beyond coaching, I am deeply committed to community engagement. I have led the Aging Parents Support Circle since its inception two years ago, growing the group to over 500 members. I have also served on the Board of Towards Employment in Cleveland, Ohio, where I led the Development and Marketing Committee and co-chaired the organization’s Annual Fundraising Gala for six years. Additionally, I have been involved in DEI initiatives through DEI Champion and Ambassador programs and frequently present at Business Resource Group events and panels nationwide. I am also a proud member of Women United, a women's leadership group through the United Way.

My husband, Jonathan, and I reside in Cleveland, Ohio, and are proud parents to our two children, Haley (27) and Alex (24).
