A Certified Executive Coach for 18 years, she is a Master Sherpa Coach, holds ICF certifications, and serves as a Headquarter Coach for Sherpa Corporation. Since 2019, she has coached over 275 leaders, driving 90% retention, 105 promotions, and 85 leaders earning recognition as top performers in their company. A Clifton Strengths Coach since 2010, Anita helps leaders maximize their talents. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from John Carroll University.
